Synopsis
村医冯春明在疾病预防和控制工作中是一个坚持职业操手的人。村长李建设一心想着村民富余劳力的再利用，为村民争取进城打工，请冯春明为村民开健康证。冯春明得知一个村民得了肺结核病，坚决不给开，并趁此宣传如何预防和治疗结核病。村长怕宣扬出去影响打工计划便和村医叫上了劲，两个男人站在各自的角度由此展开了智斗。
