Synopsis
本片情节围绕两条线索展开。一条主线是新一代渔民冯大岸传承老渔民范老桅身上坚强硬朗、不畏艰险、不退缩的精神。范老桅的忧患意识、大局意识和睿智果断的办事作风都在冯大岸身上得到了很好的体现和发展；另一条线索围绕范老桅的儿子范二锚与冯大岸的妹妹冯水花之间一波三折的爱情展开……
