Synopsis
为了完成镇上下达的集资任务，村长李四平想尽办法，无计可施。木器厂厂长士成拿出12万集资款，让大家同意由他当村长，村民们深知士成的为人，为保住四平，他们凑齐了集资款。镇上的错误集资行为被县里纠正，李四平谢绝了调到镇上的提议，仍然留在村里当村长。
