Synopsis
该音乐旅行纪实节目由小河担任音乐总监，郑钧、老狼、五条人、河乐队、盘尼西林、火星电台、低苦艾、张玮玮、苏运莹等音乐人及乐队作为第三季嘉宾，接力登上同一辆荒野巴士，前往祖国大西北，并最终在旅程终点举办三场荒野音乐会。第三季延续前两季的制作班底，在内容与形式上都做了更具突破性的创新尝试。跳脱出“音乐+旅行”模式的限制，以“荒野音乐会”为核心事件——音乐人接力登上同一辆荒野巴士，一路寻访民间音乐，体验人文与自然，并最终在旅途终点举办一场“由音乐人自主命题”的即兴且免费的荒野音乐会。
