Synopsis
人过中年的吉野公启（渡部笃郎 饰）迎来了事业上的最大挑战，他为所在的公司昂物流设想了新型的配送方案，然而宿命中的对手——极东物流的近藤和幸（松重丰 饰）却针对他设计了价格更为低廉的配送计划。受到本部长三濑指摘，吉野被迫来到新兴事业开发部，背负着10亿的巨额指标。在这紧要关头，他从细节中获得灵感，决定和排名第五的文具配送商Buddy联手，开发全新的配送模式。吉野大胆的设想遭到了许多人的反对，近藤更时时关注他的动向，伺机行动。另一方面，因伤退役的投球手蓬莱秀树（中村苍 饰）供职于昂物流做快递员，他为吉野的赤诚和热情所打动，决定与其共同见证着昂物流的重生…… 本片根据榆周平的同名原著改编。
