Synopsis
1937年，日军发动北京芦沟桥事变，蒋夫人宋美龄邀请美空军上校陈纳德组织飞虎队来华助阵，并赴日本各地拍摄战略资料千余幅。事为伪满洲国美艳亲王川岛芳子得知，乃坐镇上海布署，一则侦查在上海之国际间谍网，一则追缉陈纳德与女子卫队队长秦凤。
