Synopsis
故事发生在1977年的法国，罗伯特（法布莱斯·鲁奇尼FabriceLuchini饰）是一位作风十分独断专行的工厂老板，他不仅对手下的工人们十分严格苛刻，在家庭里亦是一位不折不扣的“大丈夫”。长久以来的压迫令工人们愤怒的呼号声到达了顶峰，他们举行了规模浩大的罢工示威，他们要更少的工作和更多的薪水，还逼迫罗伯特下台。
