Synopsis
影片讲述了1948年，济州岛的居民们听到一个令人闻风丧胆的传闻--海岸线5公里以外的所有人都将被当做暴徒无条件处死。而这个命令正是所谓帮助捍卫韩半岛安全的美军驻军下达的。岛上的老百姓不懂英语，整日人心惶惶，四处避身，靠分吃土豆果腹。三万多的村民完全不知道这些异族军官为什么要驱赶他们，而他们将会面临怎样的命运？
