Synopsis
麦克尔在六岁的时候，就被恶灵控制，把他的姐姐刺死在血泊之中。为此被关进暗无天日的疗养院多，最后却被他逃脱出来。每到万圣节，麦可便会造访他的家乡，并带来一场腥风血雨的屠杀浩劫，万圣节已成为小镇居民深深恐惧的日子。六年前，麦可死于大火之中，人们渐渐淡忘麦可所带来的恐怖记忆，准备大肆庆祝一年一度的万圣节，然而麦可也要和他们一起「狂欢」……！
