Synopsis
影片以新农村建设为主线，反映了村党支部带领农民发展现代农业的故事。务善村党支部书记赵文章（刘鉴饰），面对经济社会转型，积极探索农村基层党建新模式，通过党支部领办农民合作社，种植有机水稻，变传统的农户分散生产为统一生产经营，最终与投资有机农业的海堂集团对接，共同打造有机稻米基地，带领务善村农民走上共同富裕的道路。
