Synopsis
這裡是四季如夏的孤島「青藍島」。
在這座島出生的橘淳之介，以父母過世為契機，與妹妹橘麻沙音一起回到了島上。然而青藍島為了防止人口繼續減少而實施了《超色情條例》，島上因此到處都允許及推薦人進行色情愛愛（打炮）。要是拒絕這種「性產行為」，甚至會受到與犯罪同等的懲罰。因此，現在已然成為一座瘋狂的島嶼。
淳之介身為自豪的處男又是個處女廚，自然對這項條例抱有疑慮。為了守護自己與心愛妹妹的純潔，他成立了反交配勢力NLNS（No Love No Sex），以破壞色情條例為目標展開行動──！
