Synopsis
作了多年的验尸员，凯伦·弗斯德已经对尸体习以为常了。这时，接连送来的两具尸体却改变了这一切。凯伦的同事、刑侦处的法兰克认出死者是20年前被指控强奸但是后来又被判无罪的两个人。 当年案发后不久，凯伦曾离开了这座城市，最近才刚刚回来，并且她在受害者参加心理治疗的过程中认识了受害者。神秘的信息显示证实了凯伦的猜想，凶手认识她，而且正在有计划地惩罚当年的恶人。但是为什么？为什么是现在？ 与此同时，法兰克却越来越感到不安，因为凯伦拒绝告诉他自己知道的一切。他不知道凯伦究竟对他隐瞒了多少秘密。
