Synopsis
二十世纪三十年代，山东鲁南匪患猖獗。鲁南剿匪督办霍辰星为报家仇，主动请缨前往兰城，围剿仙台山匪帮。与土匪默契共生的当地驻军、安青帮以及日本黑龙会为霍辰星设置了重重障碍。霍辰星顶住各种明枪暗箭，将一批勇士收于麾下。他用侦探队长和蒙面侠火流星的双重身份，痛击日本浪人。九·一八事变后，霍辰星在共产党员霍光华的指引下，积极进行抗日救亡的伟大斗争，为保证给东北同胞募捐的军火和物资安全送出，他粉碎了龙翔天的诱捕，火烧安青帮巢穴，最终击毙山田，打爆了汽车炸弹，用生命保证了军火和物资安全送往东北抗日前线。
