Synopsis
国民党反动派为垂死挣扎，决定把大西南黑山地区变成无人区，并秘密建造关押全国高级政治犯的集中营，实施所谓"07工程"。为此，敌人开始对我黑山游击队进行围剿。中共江城特委为粉碎敌人阴谋，特派军事教官白彬和报务员薛飞前往游击队。途中，他俩与敌人遭遇，不幸被捕。敌谍报处长雷鸣对白彬、薛飞酷刑拷打，逼问口供。在敌谍报机关的中共地下工作者顾芸，以打字员身份作掩护，一直暗中观察被捕同志的情况。一天，顾芸在打字时发现了白彬变节的口供材料，她立即将此情报交给地下党联络员老杨，转送游击队。白彬、薛飞突然被押上汽车驶往他处，路上，司机何诚打死押送士兵，自称是地下党联络员。
