Synopsis
王素萍与大学同学杨梦梅相爱，素萍之父十分震怒，通知梦梅素萍重病身亡，并让素萍与他人定婚。当夜素萍失踪，在江边留有绣鞋，王父追悔莫及，为素萍在别墅后修建了衣冠冢，随后全家迁往城中，从此别墅中便盛传女鬼之事。梦梅经母亲苦劝娶妻生子，却时常写诗表达对素萍的思念。杨母让他出去散心，梦梅携幼弟漫步来到王庄别墅求宿。当夜梦梅月下赏月，女鬼来到梦梅房中，见到梦梅诗集喜形于色，待从幼弟口中得知其已婚后十分悲伤，开枪自杀于自己的墓前……
