Synopsis
开封，地处中原腹地，四海珍奇于此汇聚，五味浓淡在此调和。不东不西不南不北，“中”是中原文化的核心要义；不偏甜不偏咸不偏酸不偏辛不偏辣，“和”是中原肴馔的美味秘籍。八朝都城，造就了“开封城，城摞城”的奇观，也留下了跨越千年回味绵长的味道。本篇拟分2季讲述开封味道。第一篇《黄河的馈赠》，开封城几千年的兴衰史，总是与流经它的河流有着千丝万缕的联系，尤其是黄河。这条举世无双的地上悬河，为开封带来无数次生死劫难的同时，也带来了种类繁多的食材。第二篇《寻味东京》，以开封人的一日三餐。
