Synopsis
一群疲惫不堪的通勤者搭上了回家的末班火车，准备上床睡觉。然而，他们的火车很快就偏离了轨道，撞进了一条废弃的隧道。三位幸存的通勤者——性格孤僻的母亲伊玲、她的儿子卢卡斯和学生珍妮丝，被迫团结起来，熬过这一夜，同时还要躲避追捕他们的神秘怪物。伊玲仍然难以忘怀那场夺走她丈夫生命、也差点夺走卢卡斯生命的车祸。卢卡斯被怪物掳走后，她的母性本能受到了考验，珍妮丝的家庭观念也受到了挑战，因为她回想起了与疏远的父亲之间艰难的关系。回到地铁指挥部，工程师们竭尽全力理清局势，营救幸存者。
