Synopsis
十三岁的马西埃尔生活在亚马逊雨林中心的马拉若岛上。她被母亲的认命所束缚，同时又被她姐姐理想化的逃离所激励。她开始意识到未来对她来说并没有太多的选择，并决心改变自己的命运。最终，她决定对抗支配着她的家庭和社区女性的暴力体系。
