Synopsis
旧时代上海滩，群雄割据，鱼龙混杂，各处势力独占一方。在这一混乱的时代，有这样一群人，因有十三位，处事神秘且武艺高强被世人所知，称之为“十三太保”，而对于他们的真实身份却鲜有人知。时值一九三五年，国民政府与日本签订丧权辱国的《淞沪停战协议》，举国震动，民心不安。国仇之下，顾明觉登报广发“忠义令”，召集天下豪杰，然事情的发展并没有想象中那么一帆风顺……
