Synopsis
故事发生在位于罗马的历史古城斯波莱罗，克莱尔（詹妮弗·康纳利 Jennifer Connelly 饰）从纽约远道而来，准备进入此地的芭蕾舞学校学习深造。在这里，克莱尔邂逅了名为杰森（Gary McCleery 饰）青年，两个人漫步街头，在鬼使神差之下来到了著名芭蕾舞演员娜塔莉（詹妮弗·康纳利 Jennifer Connelly 饰）的旧宅。 随着时间的推移，克莱尔渐渐感觉到似乎有一些科学无法解释的诡异事件正在自己的身上发生着，而这一切，都和那位在车祸中死去的娜塔莉有着千丝万缕的关联。同样察觉到此事的杰森决定对真相展开调查，在此过程中，他发现娜塔莉的灵魂似乎正在一点一点的侵蚀着克莱尔的心智。
