Synopsis
自从阿伯拉罕（Kris Kristofferson 饰）被吸血鬼带走，日行者刀锋（韦斯利•斯奈普斯 Wesley Snipes 饰）就没有停止寻找这位父亲一样的老搭档，并终于在东欧将其救出。阿伯拉罕缺席的日子里，刀锋依靠新伙伴斯加德担任后勤支持。 不久吸血鬼长老派人传递停战协议，只因吸血鬼中出现了新的变种——收割者，收割者同时以人类和吸血鬼为食，而且由于过快的新陈代谢导致他们需求惊人。刀锋为保全人类同意带领由长老之女内纱（Leonor Varela 饰）、雪人（甄子丹 饰）等组成的吸血鬼血帮部队，消灭收割者，但岂料这一切是吸血鬼的阴谋……
