Synopsis
很久很久以前，撒旦背叛了上帝，带领着十二天使站到了上帝的对立面，两方人马之间产生了激烈的冲突。上帝给众天使以选择，是臣服还是背叛，所有的天使们都做出了选择，只有两个天使迟迟不愿下定决心，因为他们两人之间产生了感情，不愿意因为立场的不同而破坏这份真挚的感情。 面对游移不定的两名天使，上帝和撒旦都感到十分愤怒，他们决定惩罚两人。其中，丹尼尔（杰瑞米·艾文 Jeremy Irvine 饰）变成了拥有永生的灵魂的17岁高中生，而露西（艾迪生·蒂姆林 Addison Timlin 饰）则是注定要在十七岁死去的少女。两人的感情纠葛了一世又一世，丹尼尔始终无法改变命运的走向，但他也始终没有放弃。
