Synopsis
1941年，祖秀莲冒着生命危险，倾尽所有，救活了受重伤的八路军侦查参谋郭伍士。郭伍士复员后主动要求分配到沂蒙山区，千方百计找到救命恩人祖秀莲，带家人落户桃棵子村，认祖秀莲为母，为其养老送终。
