Synopsis
很久以前，魔王兽在地球上出现，做尽一切的破坏。以奥特曼及迪迦的奥特英雄们将魔王兽封印，令地球恢复了和平。时光流逝——。为了从魔王兽的复活中保护地球，从银河的远方来到地球的光之战士，欧布奥特曼。在地球上自称红凯，作为流浪青年无定向及持续地漂泊旅行。红凯为了打倒复活的魔王兽，将昔日奥特英雄们封印魔王兽并留下来的力量以“欧布圆环 Orb Ring”卡片化，以此来获得“奥特融合卡 Ultra Fusion Card”。“奥特融合卡”寄宿着历代奥特英雄的力量。红凯把两张“奥特融合卡”经由“欧布圆环”双重读取，Ultraman Orb Fusion Up(融合升越)！在与魔王兽的战斗中胜利及获得新卡片，欧布奥特曼将会得到新力量！
