Synopsis
抗日战争前夕，黑龙会杀手为日本军方寻觅剧毒“全虫”从而制造秘密武器，潜入药都百泉。却在几经周折的买药过程中被药铺学徒常宝识破身份。为挽救全镇药商，阻止日本人研制武器，常宝同日本人斗智斗勇。无奈之下，黑龙会杀手对全镇药商展开屠杀，迫使他们交出全虫。 常宝为救百姓单刀赴会，就在他寡不敌众之时，镇长带人赶到，同百姓一起消灭了日本人，并烧毁所有全虫，并停办药交会，直到把日本人从中华大地上清除出去…
