Synopsis
1937年11月间，日军占领上海后，又攻占杭州、苏州，国家的对外运输线几近封锁。仅存的国际运输通道滇越铁路有随时被日寇炸毁断路的危险。修建一条新的国际运输通道“滇缅公路”成了国家战争物资运输保障的重中之重。
