Synopsis
影片以打赢脱贫攻坚战、全面步入小康社会为主题，以主人公女村支书，带领村民们脱贫致富为主线，讲述了主人公赵会杰（方青卓饰）带领村民开展胡萝卜种植失败后，大家开始对她产生质疑。面对重重压力她总结了经验教训，最终锁定种植中草药材。 村里走出去的企业家李永波回乡探亲赵会杰几经周折多次劝说、期间笑料层出，最终李永波决定留下建厂、办合作社，实现了中草药种植的产业化。在国家的扶贫政策下，赵会杰最终带领老百姓实现了全面脱贫，奔小康的故事。
