Synopsis
黑社会少壮派成员麦兜，与老友吉仔自小认识，虽不同帮会，但感情深厚。一天收到 上头追杀令，要斩杀的人竟是麦兜的大佬鸡眼标，麦兜情义两难下，宁愿捱了吉仔一刀，救回鸡眼标，更背负了背叛之名，与吉仔远走台湾，到了台湾，吉仔仍伺机东山再起，反而麦兜往车行打工，希望过回正常的生活
