Synopsis
职业杀手杰克·卡特一直在纽约独闯江湖，与自己住在洛杉矶的弟弟很少来往。后来因要出席弟弟葬礼而重返家园，他在深感内疚的同时，很快就感到弟弟的死另有隐情，通过调查，发现不少和弟弟有关系的人都有可疑，包括漂亮的弟媳妇，她的女儿，弟弟的老板，一个神秘的女人，一个百万富翁等，最终凶手伏法，而卡特也为此付出了自己的生命。
