Synopsis
在《乌龟在跑》中，金润锡饰演了一名乡村警察赵弼升。与金润锡在《追击者》中所塑造的敢于和连锁杀人犯周旋的警察不同，金润锡在《乌龟在跑》中塑造的的乡村警察是一个安详的，遇事不慌不忙且少言寡语的警察。还有把警察们戏弄得够呛的神出鬼没的退越狱犯宋基泰（郑京浩）！
