Synopsis
沧州民间富户徐万海偶得传国至宝“仙人承露盘”，欲进献给当朝皇帝，却不慎走漏风声被民间大盗“九尾狐”得知，徐万海为了宝物安全，希望平安镖局接受护宝任务。但因徐万海先前得罪过平安镖局，自知理亏，于是在新任知府的调解下，谷平安以其人之道还其人之身的方式答应了为徐万海护镖。然而狡猾的九尾狐不断变换身份与镖局及护宝的邓捕头等人过招，却始终没有露出真实面目，但再完美的计谋也会有破绽暴露，镇定从容的王兆兴经过观察和分析心中暗暗明白
