Synopsis
青年会总部派专员送来一份秘密文件到分会，途中被不法集团追杀，幸好专员得商会千金相助才能保命。 其实不法集团经受阻于青年会和精武会馆，于是不法集团暗杀了会长和馆主，令到青年会和精武会馆不和。 精武会馆大弟子李震国为人沉着冷静，认为此事背后有重大阴谋，此时，一名武术奇高的青年箫平神秘出现和精武会馆的龙江又被收买，令到青年会和精武会馆面临重大危机。
