Synopsis
故事以远程集团董事长江达阳因癌症晚期决定将遗产留给多年亏欠的女儿为开端。他透露这一消息给世交刚叔（张绍刚饰），却不料引来了致命的威胁。江达阳意外离世后，他的女儿江新（彭高唱饰）深受打击。为了偿还与父亲有关的债务，江新唯一的财产是一套她居住的别墅，她决定将其出租以维持生计。另一方面，齐圣是一个背景复杂的人物，为了替父亲还清医疗费而不得不成为职业讨债人。尽管他的工作本质上是迫使欠债人还款，但他却以善良和理性的方式进行，力求通过讲道理和讲述人生哲理来说服人。他的善良和正直引起了同乡莎姐的注意。
