Synopsis
西拉（香农·珀瑟 Shannon Purser 饰）是一位平平无奇的女高中生，没有美丽的外表，也没有过于聪慧的头脑，是那种丢进人堆里就再也找不着的姑娘。某日，在网络上，西拉偶然邂逅了名叫杰米（诺亚·森迪尼奥 Noah Centineo 饰）的男子，两人一来二去的聊了起来。让西拉兴奋的是，杰米是一个大帅哥，然而，杰米似乎将西拉错认为了学校里的风云人物维罗妮卡（克里斯汀·弗洛赛斯 Kristine Froseth 饰）。 隔着网络，谁也不知道对面坐的是怎样的人，西拉决定将错就错，借用了维罗妮卡的身份继续与杰米交往下去，直到有一天，杰米希望能够和西拉视频，发现谎言再也无法维系的西拉只能选择撒下更大的谎言。
