Synopsis
九岁小女孩凯特天性内向，却偏偏生在一个过于喧嚣的贫困大家庭里， 她的生存策略，就是尽量让人忘记自己的存在。即将临盆的妈妈，将凯特暂时托付给远亲照顾。这对农场夫妻恬静寡言，但似乎能够深刻同理凯特的内心。在他们的温柔款待下，凯特开始跟着照顾农庄里的动物，并在过程中学会听从内心的声音，时而释放自我尽情奔跑，不想说话就让自己独处，渐渐绽放出生命的自在。她也在这个过程里，发现这个安静家庭里的伤心秘密。
