Synopsis
中缅边境云南小镇，叛逆女学生（高叶饰）无意中因为家中的狗狗异常暴动，而关注起了新搬来的陌生男子（杨坤饰），陌生男子其实是一名职业杀手，女学生险些陷入危险，好在身为缉毒警察的哥哥（张默饰）及时出现制止了杀手。缉毒警逮捕了杀手，无意中查到了一条重大的毒品犯罪线索，继而引出了大毒枭（孙红雷饰），还引出了十几年前的一宗疑案——牙医（倪大红饰）无端卷入了毒贩争斗，混乱中幼女被年轻毒贩抓走。如今，因为内部斗争失败的毒贩带着成年的失踪幼女（王珞丹饰）回到云南小镇进行人生中最后一次毒品交易。警察、毒贩、杀手、牙医父女被命运交织在一起，展开了一场殊死搏斗。
