Synopsis
黄土坡村的青壮劳力在实行土地承包后，纷纷外出挣钱，只有一些婆姨们和老弱病残者仍留在村中。乐大同将赚来的五千元钱交给妻子常绿叶，想攒钱造一幢新房。常绿叶为做好春耕说服公婆用钱买回一部小型拖拉机和一些配套农具。在余技术员的热情帮助下，常绿叶带领婆姨们组成承包联合体，实行科学种田。乐大同得知说妻子将钱买了拖拉机，气得与妻子大打出手，并准备卖掉拖拉机。乐大爷及时阻止了此事。粮食终于获得丰收，但因粮站库房漏...
