Synopsis
影片讲述精算天才志明从上海回铁岭探亲，与梦想发财的小市民亲戚老五在牌桌上展现惊人天赋，但性格单纯的与老五却被坏人利用，卷入了一场大危机。危机之后，两人弄巧成拙闯进精神病院，并结识了一群奇葩病友。友情、爱情萌发，温馨、危机并存，老五与志明的命运在这里也发生了巨大的改变。
