Synopsis
故事聚焦于海洋生物学家约翰妮，她在峡湾旁的乡村小镇旺斯内斯（Vangsnes）的一家养鱼场进行研究时，遭遇了数起怪事。两名当地青少年惨遭杀害，种种迹象都指向深邃的峡湾；深海深处，难道还有比肉眼可见的更深的东西吗？在挪威最深的峡湾底部，潜伏着一只如同山岳般巨大的神秘怪物，它长着无数的触手，随时准备碾碎吞噬一切它能抓住的东西。
