Synopsis
该片主要讲述的是1942年，江南新四军与旧、日伪进行着残酷的战斗，国民党军队环伺左右。国民党将军郝俊杰（李雪健 饰）预料到数年后国共必有一战，便策划实施了借用一支向新四军投诚的汪伪部队第七师第31团，从内部一举打垮江南新四军的“金太阳计划”。
