Synopsis
《风味实验室》以当下热议的美食话题为入口，每期邀请两位美食大家（如陈晓卿、蔡澜、沈宏非等）分别作为“风味学博”、“风味研究员”以及一位明星嘉宾（如李诞、范湉湉、白岩松等）作为“风味体验员”来到独一无二的实验室厨房，讲述先锋有趣的美食知识，品尝各式料理，剖析食物肌理，分享美食故事，探寻美食文化；以食材为实验对象，每期邀请一位名厨化身“风味鲜厨”，作为美食实验的操作者及创新料理的烹饪者，满足客座嘉宾们的胃与好奇心。 10月27日节目开播，每周六、日21点15分更新2集，会员抢先看一周。
