Synopsis
1241年，成吉思汗的儿子们率领的蒙古大军西征，所到之处生灵涂炭。当他们抵达到达喀尔巴阡山脉时，当地猎人贝尔库特兄弟秘密进入营地蒙古并释放了被挟持人质。愤怒的蒙古将军决定采取报复措施，摧毁喀尔巴阡当地的居民定居点。当地人中的一个叛徒告诉蒙古人山里的秘密通道，但贝尔库特兄弟领导的一小群山地猎人有自己的计划来阻止蒙古人的袭击。根据伊凡·法兰科的中篇小说《扎克哈尔·伯库特》改编
