Synopsis
尼克·马洛伊是一个紧急医疗技术员（EMT） ，在没参加比赛的时候和自己的妻子过着幸福的生活。但是天不遂人愿，在一次事件中他发现自己居然陷入了一个12轮的致命的可谓是猫捉老鼠的游戏中，这样的事让他很是不明白，但是时间紧迫，在弄清楚为什么他被选为棋子参加在这个疯子的比赛之前，她还必须要利用有限时间救出自己的妻子……
