Synopsis
《上去高山望平川》由兰州市广播电视总台、兰州广播电视传播中心出品，是一部以西北师大大学生支教和兰州秦王川开发为现实背景的故事片。影片通过一场离奇的车祸事件和一个纠结的生态移民故事交织穿插为线索，以三农问题为落脚点，折射农村生态现状的严峻性和新农村建设的复杂性；以车祸真相大白和高坎子村村民迁入秦王川、汇入兰州新区开发建设大军为结局，展示了面对灾祸与误解、艰难与困惑时人们的道德底线、人生选择，表达了建设兰州新区的美好愿景。特别值得一提的是，影片的片头曲《上去高山望平川》是已故“西北花儿王”朱仲禄的原唱版本，片中还贯穿了《尕妹妹门前浪三浪》和《拉手手亲口口》两首原汁原味的花儿曲目。
