Synopsis
电影是“我是警察”系列的第三部，以一起突发命案展开，讲述了明德市公安局副局长杨栋带领整个警队深入调查咬死不放，揭开以企业家林峰为首的顶峰集团杀人灭口、高利放贷、开设赌场攫取巨额利益等罪行，经过一次次紧张无比的斗争，最终将这股称霸一方的涉黑势力绳之以法的故事。
