Synopsis
女青年王小花（王二妮饰）失去心爱的恋人后陷入极度悲伤，心仪王小花的同村男青年张善良（王大治饰）为给王小花排遣悲伤情绪，试了多种办法都无济于事。后来，张善良用村里的高音喇叭放了一首优美动听的民歌《口弦弦》，王小花的眼泪如泉水般涌出，张善良的良苦用心终于打动了王小花。而王小花前恋人李长寿（李少飞饰）甘愿牺牲自己的爱情成全王小花的人间大爱，更是感人至深。
