Synopsis
年过半百的阿海，一直在陶瓷厂工作。然而在即将退休的年龄，工厂经营不善而倒闭。工厂倒闭后不久，厂家将厂地承包给建筑商，准备在厂地新建楼房。阿海和同事与厂方签订了搬迁协议，然而陆续搬出的同事赔偿款都没能兑现。阿海九叔等一些员工见状拒绝搬迁，留守在工厂提供的养老住房。为了能保住晚年的安身之所，工人们与建筑商周旋着，建筑商也不是省油的灯。警察从近期的几起意外死亡事件里察觉到一些联系，而这矛头都指向建筑商任少杰……
