Synopsis
一次偶然中，艾瑞（歌蒂·韩 Goldie Hawn 饰） 邂逅了名叫杰克（约翰·赫德 John Heard 饰）的男子，杰克是一间博物馆的文物馆长，随着时间的推移，两人很快就走到了一起。不久之后，可爱的小女儿玛丽（艾什丽·佩顿 Ashley Peldon 饰）降生了，艾瑞觉得此时此刻就是自己一生中最幸福的时光。 然而，厄运很快就降临到了这个家庭的头上。先是博物馆的一名研究员离奇死亡，之后杰克又被卷入了文物造假的事件之中，而艾瑞亦开始渐渐察觉丈夫撒下的各种谎言，开始怀疑他是否对自己不忠。而当杰克在一场车祸中不幸丧生后，为其操办后事的艾瑞更是震惊的发现，这个每一天都睡在自己身边的男人，竟然连名字都是假的。
