Synopsis
弗瑞斯特（C. Thomas Howell 饰）、凯伦（Anya Benton 饰）和科尔（Darren Dalton 饰）、林德赛（Lindsey McKeon 饰）两对新婚夫妇乘船前往波多黎各的胡安度蜜月，在加勒比海上行驶途中，他们遭遇一场恐怖的暴风雨。待到风暴过后，船上的雷达、发动机全部损毁，淡水也流失殆尽，众人被困在海上不知方向。正在焦急时刻，一个小岛出现在他们面前。众人欣喜过望，连忙乘坐救生艇前往小岛，只留下心存恐惧的凯伦留守船上。 上岸后不久，船员斯戴克即遭到翼龙的袭击身亡，接着他们便发现，这个岛上充斥着早已灭绝的恐龙。当他们想要逃离这个恐怖的小岛时，凯伦和小船全都不知去向。在这块危险丛生的土地上，他们必须想办法死里逃生……
