Synopsis
20XX年、太平洋の公海上に突如として現れた巨大ハリケーン。
調査の結果、ハリケーンの中心には島の存在が示唆された。
そして、その島の領有権を得る為に高い軍事力を持つ某国が遂に軍隊を向かわせる決定を下した。
